LINE-UP
Fanklub DJs (www.facebook.com/fanklub)
Acclaimed for their Fanklub and Blast Your Ghetto parties in Antwerp, where the guys invite names like The Hacker, Proxy, Zombie Nation, Sinden, D.I.M. and many many more.
Their eclectic sound lit up dancefloors in Rome, New York, Berlin, Barcelona, Prague and Paris. We’ll make sure Muziekodroom gets a proper fire inspection.
Kill Frenzy (www.killfrenzy.be)
Despite his juke ghetto past, Kill Frenzy’s current sound remains undefinable. But who could care less when you’re signed to Hervé’s label Cheaper Thrills and playlisted by Armand van Helden, A-Trak, Dave Clarke & 2 Many dj’s? Get your TV OFF ticket in time if you can’t witness his Pukkelpop gig, nobody likes to be fooled twice.
Le Petit Belge (www.facebook.com/Petitbelge)
Notorious for his role in Make Up Club and his Club Reverb parties in Ghent’s Culture Club where he invited names like Renaissance Man, Zombie Disco Squad and Sound Pellegrino.
His clever house and balkan sounds have even been loved in Sweden, Spain and Paris, but who knows where his upcoming EP Dead Sultan might take him.
Ultravid (www.facebook.com/ultravid)
These boys are long due for a TV OFF appearance, as they’ve already proven their impact on clubs with much confidence, even abroad. Their recent appearance at 10 Days Off was one to remember, and it’s no surprise their newly launched label Silverback Recordings is already influential, given their exquisite taste in contributors like Kingdom, Lorenzo Vektor, Deadboy, Maddjazz & Canblaster.
Commonphase (www.facebook.com/commonphase)
After 2 years in the scene they’ve earned residencies at Ed&Kim’s hyped Smile-concept and Le Petit Belge’s Club Reverb at Culture Club. Their agenda can barely handle it, taking them from every important venue in Belgium to gigs in London, Amsterdam and Paris. Besides dj’ing they also promote the Temposphere parties in Leuven and are the hosts of TV OFF with partner in crime Cait Sith.
Cait Sith (www.caitsith.be)
From somebody named after a future telling feline, one could expect the awesomely vague. Host and resident Cait Sith has long since crossed venues like 10 Days Off, Fuse, Café d’Anvers and Culture Club off his kill list, wielding high paced blends of bass heavy club sounds and UK House alongside names like Brodinski, Boris Dlugosch, Yuksek, Kavinsky, Hot City and Jack Beats.
Kid Supreme (www.facebook.com/pages/Dj-Kid-Supreme)
Local scratch ninja Kid Supreme is given carte blanche for the night. Whatever genre he’ll be flirting with at the moment will do the trick, be it electro, techhouse, hiphop or funk.
Phonebone & Kaputnik (www.facebook.com/pages/Phonebone-Kaputnik)
Kicking off the night in style, rest assured. Their Wax-It parties in St Truiden are a great indicator of the quality minimal tech-house we’ll be expecting to enjoy from these cats.
